Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would hire them again if the need arose."

We are very happy with the services and the professionalism from FBS. They completed the job in 3 days out 5 days that were originally programed . Andres Mendez was excellent communicating the contract details, the product and expectations for the job. We had 5 bedrooms , 5 closets and very long hall connecting the rooms and a very long staircase. We definitely will use them next year when we change floors downstairs and remodel our kitchen ."
