I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family."

GCS inc dealt with my HOA, pulled Dade County permit, is licensed and insured with very reasonable prices. Their project manager was always punctual, responded every time to calls, texts, and emails. "I received eagle concrete’s information from my neighbor after I asked him who did his driveway because I'd loved his driveway. I was redoing my entire house after I bought it and eagle concrete by far was the best vendor I had. My driveway was the last thing I did to my house.
