American Stamp Concrete

A friend recommended this company to me, and everything went well at first. I had delays due to the city permit, which was ultimately resolved. My complaint is that the work was designed well, but the concrete cracked. They never fixed it. The seal they put on was stained. The driveway looks dirty. When I look outside my house, all I see is wasted money and a lot of disappointment. Estimated work time: 4 months.

The work was done and finished on schedule and looked fantastic. I was very pleased.

Danilo was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered great suggestions such as a redesign of our front walkway. His price was very competitive. The work was completed on time. We are very pleased with the final product.

It was a lil slow start with communication issues and the company is very busy but with good reason. It took a lil longer than danilo wanted but that was because it rained heavy for like 3 days straight. Danilo, the company president made a few appearances each work day and actually helped the crew were needed. Well worth the money spent.

Everything went fine. I am very pleased with the work.

Great, better than expected, nice guy really knows what he's doing.  Once we got past the awkward initial stage, it was smooth sailing. Honest and trustworthy and knowledgeable, Danilo is the best.

Danillo is a very likeable guy that knows what he is doing. Like many contractors, he probably takes more jobs then he can handle and not very skilled with dealing with very tough city officials.
Getting the permit was stressful as lots of time passed between denials and re submitting
end result. I must say was great!! Once it was finalized, I was very happy and I do recommend him assuming permit process is not difficult.

Did an excellent job. Problems we have been having is to find a competent company to reseal it annually. American Stamp Concrete does not have the time to do it. So if you can get a company that stands behind its product and reseals it, for a price, on annual basis, that would be better.
The folks American Concrete recommends did not do a good job.

They did an excellent job. They got here when they said they were going to be. At that time, 10 minutes before when I looked outside, they're lined up by the street. They were on time. They didn't fool around. They were very prompt and they did everything they said they're going to do. I remember the price being very good.

Danilo was on time and professional and very knowledgeable. He over saw this big project. His workers were very skilled at their trade. The whole experience  was amazing. I am extremely happy and will recommend Danilo's team to all my friends.

It was done very nicely and I was quite pleased. They had highly reasonable rates and I will use them again in the future.

Danilo was very punctual and very professional. He said they would be there at at 8 am on a Saturday and they were. His crew went right to work on both slabs I had asked for. 16 x 14 and a 36 x 8. They completed the job by no later than 1 pm. Very impressive how quickly and professionally they did there job. Very happy with the quality of the job. Would definitely hire again. Ask for Danilo he seemed to give the better service. Spoke with someone before him and gave me a slightly higher quote. He explained the job and seemed very negotiable.

Danilo and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived promptly on time when they said they would and went straight to work. It was very apparent that this was an experienced crew. They all knew what to do. They paid attention to detail and the end result was excellent. Danilo answered all my questions and kept me informed as to what to expect next and the work schedule. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and left the yard in much better condition than I expected. I highly recommend this company. They did a first rate job and are extremely professional. Danilo was a pleasure to work with. I could not be more pleased with the result.

Everything went fine. It was handled very professionally and we were very pleased with the work. We had heard about them 4 or 5 years ago because they had done some work in our neighborhood. The price was fair.

Problems with the incoming waterline which was incorrectly placed just under the asphalt by the original builder in 1972. Danilo corrected this for us. Overall; A great job, and a wonderfull guy to work with!......I would give Danilo & his company an A Plus rating.

Overall I am totally satisfied with the job done by Danilo Leyva. He is a trustworthy, very capable person who I would recommend 100 %. My only suggestion is to make sure you discuss with the crew that is forming the job, the drainage aspect of the area being poured. There they slipped up a little bit. But overall I am extremely happy with the worked one.

After multiple estimates where we were told either that a permit was not required or that the job was too small, we were almost giving up until a friend recommended Angie's List. We got a few contractors names from the web site and finally narrowed it down to two. We really liked Mr. Danilo Leyva from American Stamp Concrete and decided to give him the job. He came across as honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and reliable. All of the above proved to be true not only for him but also fr his crew. The entire team is fantastic, they work well together, help each other and clean up at the end! The outcome was excellent. Working with Danilo was a pleasure, pulling the permit and scheduling the inspections was no big deal (as other contractors claimed), he always shows up when he says he will (very unusual in So Fla) and delivers what he promised. We highly recommend Danilo (American Stamp Concrete) not only for driveways but also for patios.

They did a really good job. The price was okay. I'm really happy with the fence they put in. The workers that installed it were very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves.
