"I have never been happier with a company. Cory came out to look at my driveway that I wanted resealed.  He said that the driveway didnt look that bad and that his suggestion was that if my husband did it himself he would save a lot of money. Cory told me what product to buy and where I could buy it. He also gave me some tips on the process of sealing the driveway. He was patient while I wrote these tips down for my husband. He even said that if my husband had any questions at all, to just give him a call.  All I can say is Wow. I was blown away as Cory did not charge me anything for the estimate visit. He gave me his time to help me out and even offered to help my husband with any questions all without making one dime....I will refer Cory and this company to whoever will listen.  If this is the kind of service they give when they are not being paid, can you imagine the service and product you will get when you hire them?   Again, I cant praise Cory and this company enough and will definitely use them if the need ever arises.  they deserve a rating of A+++

The first SUNDEK Warehouse.
In the late 70s, the process was expanded further with the introduction of SUNDEK Masonry Effects. This was made possible by the development of a unique plastic template and a newly formulated finish coat that would break along the edges, allowing a clean neat line at all grout joints. SUNDEK now had unlimited design capabilities and the demand for the product increased dramatically.
In the early 80s a decision was made to expand SUNDEK to the national level and set up a dealer program. A unique approach gives each dealer an exclusive geographic area to market. This allowed each dealer to sell and install the product with a careful eye to the quality necessary for good applications.
Today SUNDEK and its dealer network standalone, as the standard for the decorative concrete industry. SUNDEK'S success generated many competitors, each striving to reach the quality of the SUNDEK dealer program. We now have a large network of strong, quality conscious dealers, both in the United States with the ability to service our international clients as well (US Naval Base- Bahrain).

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Yes. So-called “floating” cork floors can be installed over concrete subfloor, though a polyethylene vapor barrier is required. This type of installation is achieved using the glue-down tiles, which are trickier for a DIY approach, so consider calling a professional to help you if you’re planning to install your cork floor over concrete.

Mix the resurfacer into a sticky mixture. The consistency should look like mashed potatoes. Use a squeegee to push the resurfacer across the pitted area and smoothen the surface with a cement trowel flush. Make sure you protect any expansion joints with a weather strip. Alternatively, cut out any resurfacer that touched the joint once the mixture begins to harden.

Costs depend on coating type, labor, site preparation, and required finishes.

No. You cannot use asphalt products on concrete driveways. To seal a concrete driveway, use acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, silane, siloxane, and silicate sealers or deep penetration sealers made specifically for concrete. Meanwhile, asphalt sealers contain refined coal tar (asphalt emulsion), water, sand, clay, polymers, and additives and are incompatible with concrete’s surface texture and higher density.

Outdoor kitchens get wet and are sometimes next to pools. To avoid accidents, go with a non-slip material like concrete, brick, or rubber. Avoid materials like ceramic and porcelain, as they are known to be quite slippery. Wood and composite flooring can be slippery if untreated, so make sure to stain or finish these materials.
