Until I made the final decision and he basically pick the spa for my needs which I love it, few weeks later the sounds system has a small issue and have to deal with the store manager Mike and the technicians to correct the small issue and they went overboard, that is why they got 5 starts from me because their excellent sales advisor, competitive price and quality, outstanding customer service and technician and friendly familiar environment I definitely recommend this team and in 10 years I definitely will be back to change my Jacuzzi! "Started work June 2019. Resurfaced, new waterline tiles, new coping and repaired leaks the pool had. The estimate quoted was very fair. They arrived early, answered my calls and any bought. They emailed step by step as the work was done. The most important step is the Fire-up. The curing of the Diamond Bright. They sent someone twice a week for 4 weeks to add chemicals till the pool was ready to swim."
