Cory Schechter (Sales Manager) came to our home to give us options on how to best fix our fading Eurotile around our pool. He really put himself in our shoes and suggested what was best for us. Didn't try to upsell us on anything, just gave his advice, which was to do some things ourselves which would save us thousands of dollars. Very refreshing to know guys like Cory are out there who are truly looking out for the customer. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

It was great! They were wonderful, and helped us sell our home. The finished product and communication were excellent. Great clean up, and they were being careful on our property.

Cory from Sundek was excellent to work with. They came out in a timely manner to go over details with us, and they were very thorough. We wound up not needing the work done, but I would definitely recommend him and his company for any job.

In August of 2014 our old sundek was removed and replaced with Sundek by the company in a noisy and dusty process. It looked beautiful for the first few months, then within the first year, the cracks that were an issue prior to installation showed up again. I was told the two cracks in the cement below the surface would not be an issue because the workers would follow the crack lines when they created the decorative surface. After debates with the company on my disappointment for spending $6800 and having been assured those cracks would not be an issue, they finally sent someone out to paint the cracks. It was the best they were willing to offer. It is now 4 years later, and I can see where the surface is chipping off all over the surface. It looks black in the places it is chipping. After cleaning the black with simple green, I am seeing gray cement from under what looks like a very thin coat of Sundek. I don't know if my workers did not know how to apply the product or if The Sundek product used was defective, but I am extremely disappointed I ever chose this method of resusurfacing. I will NEVER recommend Sundek as a solution to resurface a deck. Save up your money for stamping concrete or paving. Sundek is a ripoff solution. I wish Cory would have warned us about the short life of Sundek.

I have never been happier with a company. Cory came out to look at my driveway that I wanted resealed.  He said that the driveway didnt look that bad and that his suggestion was that if my husband did it himself he would save a lot of money. Cory told me what product to buy and where I could buy it. He also gave me some tips on the process of sealing the driveway. He was patient while I wrote these tips down for my husband. He even said that if my husband had any questions at all, to just give him a call.  All I can say is Wow. I was blown away as Cory did not charge me anything for the estimate visit. He gave me his time to help me out and even offered to help my husband with any questions all without making one dime....I will refer Cory and this company to whoever will listen.  If this is the kind of service they give when they are not being paid, can you imagine the service and product you will get when you hire them?   Again, I cant praise Cory and this company enough and will definitely use them if the need ever arises.  they deserve a rating of A+++

Cory is my HERO !  He suggested several options - but - he also gave us his honest opinion (since we are new to FL) He said these kind of cracks are very common and if it doesn't get any worse - just leave it the way it is !

Came out to give me an estimate instead gave me great advice on what really needed to be done and it's so appreciated. Finding a company not trying to sell you sow thing 'just for the sale' . Awesome customer service !!

Punctual and professional.

Sundek installed a new pool deck in July 2013. Great job, no issues, 100% positive.
Our property seems to be more susceptible to ground expansion/contraction than usual, compared to our neighbors. Living in the house for twenty seven years I've seen more cracks develop in surfaces, from the garage floor, driveway, walkways, pool deck, and swimming pool walls than I ever thought reasonable even for South Florida.  The houses here were all built at the same time, by the same builder in the late seventies. There's never been anything disastrous, but certainly noticeable.
Our new Sundek installation was no exception. 
Hairline cracks appeared, grew larger with seasonal changes. Cracks in the original concrete base were noticed when two previous layers of  material were removed/repaired  prior to the Sundek install.
Sundek's warranty covered any problems caused by poor application, defective material, etc. For obvious reasons, underlying issues not created by Sundek
were not covered.
When I called Corey at Sundek for advice he stopped by the following day for a look. He was surprised by the amount of cracks, some of which were three feet long. He spent some time examining the deck looking for areas that might not have been properly applied. We found nothing suspicious, no hollow spots,
etc.
I asked for any DIY suggestions, or a ballpark figure for patching and repainting the fifteen or so assorted cracks.
He sympathized with my problem and explained that this was their busiest time with a backup of six weeks for work already contracted. If I could wait awhile until he had a crew in the area, he'd have someone come by and see what they could do.
 I agreed, and their was no discussion of payment at that time.
About three weeks later,  two of Sundek's men showed up, said they were finishing a job nearby and went to check the deck out. We walked the perimeter
and found close to twenty cracks. After explaining what they would do, they got to work and spent about an hour in the ninety degree afternoon sun meticulously repairing and repainting all the damage. I'm sorry I didn't get their names because they were professional, neat, efficient and really good
technicians.
Sundek didn't charge anything for the work or materials, even though they could have, and I would have gladly paid to have the work done.
I'm happy to recommend them as reliable, efficient and dependable. And a special thanks to Corey who really is a good guy. Sundek's customer care is second to none, and I appreciate their goodwill and after-the-sale service.

My pool deck was a mess.  It was also cracked.  The workmen removed the top of the patio and created a new finish with marks to disguise any future cracking. They also installed new drains so that the patio did not retain water and mold.  The end result is beautiful and I'm extremely pleased. 
The only concern I had was their punctuality.  I realize that Florida weather can alter a promised deadline; however, someone called me on several occasions and said the workmen would arrive the next morning. I made plans to be home each time and no one arrived. Then, when I wasn't expecting them, they arrived.   Once they began work, however, they worked at a steady pace and, as I said above, did a spectacular job.
My only wish was that someone would have called when they realized that they would be delayed.  I would have understood, but I also want to know.

corey came out to give an estimate. he was here on time, professional and seemed knowledgeable on the topic of refinishing my driveway. i have a decision to make about which direction to take for this project as i have been given 3 options by 3 different vendors. i believe coreys option would work just fine but it was not the option i chose. i would call him again if i had another deck/patio/driveway project

Cory was extremely professional.  We asked him for an estimate to put stamped concrete on our patio.  He asked if we have children who would be using the pool.  When we confirmed that our grandchildren use it often, he recommended against the concrete.  He said it would be slippery and kids could easily fall.  We have a reasonable large patio and to put stamped concrete on it would cost around $6,000 to $8,000.  Cory said we would be unhappy and advised against doing the job.  He told us to repaint the cool top.  I was most impressed with his forthrightness.

Mr. Cory Schechter came to the work site to discuss options for removing gardens inside the screened patio area.  Our plan was to have the gardens dug out and concrete poured and stamped to butt to the existing concrete patio.  Mr. Schechter was extremely helpful to us in deciding a course of action that would be the most cost effective method.  He let us know that pouring concrete would create the possibility of future cracks and would be expensive.  We discussed many options and we were extremely impressed by his professional knowledge and honesty.  We ultimately dug the gardens out ourselves and used decorative rocks to fill the area; we are very grateful for his suggestions. 

I have a cement patio in two levels because second was an addition added at a later date. Cory explained that the crack between the 2 levels would still eventually appear after the decorative concrete was applied. He suggested that a better & less expensive idea would be to do pavers. Thank you Cory for your patience & your suggestions.
