They were quick to respond to the inquiry and give an honest price. Even when additional work came up, they were reasonable with the price of the work to be added. They were also extremely nice and professional. I will be hiring them again for future work.

I had new vinyl flooring installed as well as new kitchen countertops. Jason had great suggestions, was totally helpful and really came through with the projects.

An expert on tile! Very nice finish. He helped us pick a good tile for outdoors. He also added a material to help protect the edges from chipping (our old outdoor tile chipped).

He arrived on time. Jason replaced 5 ceramic tiles for me in my bathroom. It was a very small job. I thank you.

I hired Jay to install new laminate flooring in my upstairs bedroom. Jay and his partner arrived on time, took up the old carpet, and had the new flooring in place in half a day. Fast, professional, and the work came out perfect. I'd recommend them to anyone needing flooring, they do great work.

They showed up on time and did a beautiful job they were very helpful helping me pick the tile for my bathroom picking everything up for the job they cleaned up the work area at the end of everyday I called them back to do my kitchen both jobs went very well and the price was very fair after having 3 estimate I choose them they came right out and went over everything with me in detail it was a great experience I would recommend them and use them again

Never showed up to work on time, the job took much longer than promised. They left the job with improperly laid tiles. I had to hire another tiler to correct their mistakes

I have never left anyone a negative review. Jason he was contracted to lay tile on a 300 square foot bathroom that had everything ready to lay the tile and all the materials were bought by me. Upon arrival Jason demanded money upfront to start the job then switched to 500 dollars a day assuring me it was a 4 day job. By day 4 he was no where near done and I had paid him half the money as he begged me as his power was turned off. Everyday instead of working 9 to 5 as he promised he came at 10 or later he worked for 2 hours would leave and sometimes never come back. 8 days later he completed the job I paid him in full and when he left I called him immediately when I went to install the shower head I could not because he laid the tile out to far. I said just tell me how we can fix it he said he would only come if I paid him 800 dollars upfront. This morning upon cleaning the bathroom I noticed several floor tiles are damaged and the water is not draining properly and the drain is damaged . When I reached out to him and sent him pictures he did not reply until I told him I was leave a negative review and his reply was a picture sent back photos that make it look beautiful but if anyone wants to see the correct pictures anyone can see them I have them.

After experiencing an issue with a tile installer who decided to walk away from a kitchen tiling project, I was in need of finding someone who would take on a project someone else started and to be available immediately. A call with Jason gave me the confidence that he knew what he was doing and he and his brother Brian started the next day. I found them to hard working, polite, experienced with a desire for perfection and throughout the 3 day project, focused on keeping everything clean during and after completion. I expect to be using them in early 2023 for a bathroom complete remodel.

Jason and his brother Brian are solid guys. They were fair, responsible, communicative and actually showed up to work when they said they would. We renovated 4 bathrooms and tiled the downstairs areas. Jason Had no issue with doing butt joint instal on the 24x48 porcelain floors. For the bathrooms, him and his brother did all the demo, re-plumbed and installed the hardware, trim and lighting. Everything was fine first class. They did all 45 degree cuts instead of square and they had no issue with a few change orders during the process. I am in the process of doing the kitchen now with them and am very pleased with the work and the effort. The price was negotiated and other than the few extras I wanted they base price did not change even though materials changed in price. I do recommend them as they are fair, reasonable and most importantly responsible.

The guy does not listen, very poor customer service skills, he used the fact that he is a single dad to get people to feel sorry and get the job, very unprofessional. He mentioned that he was deaf until he was already doing the job and did not follow instructions properly. He said the only way he only could cut the tile was to cut it inside the pool but he was not looking to clean the pool after. Otherwise he would not cut it outside the pool, no respect for the customer or their property.

The work is incomplete. I had to clean up after them. They have no customer service skills. No communication, or follow up.
