We have just purchased a home which was built in 1925 and it seems that we have original floors that are Florida Pine and Oak. Florida pine is very vibrant with a beautiful texture in it; however, it's not an easy color to stain. The previous owners has stained it with very dark color to hide the texture. Once we sanded down the floors; we wanted to keep it as natural it is, however, Mick has told us that it's a very rare request and he needs to do some research. After the research; Mick has come up with a stain/sealing brand that he never used before. Once we finished the process, the result was exceptional!
