We had D’Landra Flooring install new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the house, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The materials are beautiful, especially the Permshield One Plus, and the craftsmanship is top-notch.
From the first phone call, Alissa (Alex’s wife) was incredibly kind and helpful. She spoke English clearly and made the process easy to navigate. That was especially appreciated since Alex, while very professional, speaks Portuguese. Despite the language difference, he and his team were respectful, efficient, and clearly committed to doing excellent work.
They handled everything, from stairs and baseboards to furniture removal and cleanup, with care and precision. The final result completely transformed the space, and we couldn’t be happier.

I found D’landra Wooden Flooring through Angi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, they quoted me a very reasonable and affordable price. I was in a time crunch—closing on a Thursday and needing the floors done before moving in—and they were able to squeeze me in on Friday and Saturday without hesitation.
The team installed flooring in all the upstairs bedrooms and the stairs, and it came out absolutely beautiful—seamless and high quality. I had worked with a flooring company previously in Virginia, and Delandra outperformed them by far.
Alissa was incredibly responsive throughout the process, and the crew was not only professional but also genuinely kind and personable. If you’re looking for a flooring company that is fast, efficient, affordable, and delivers great results, I highly recommend D’landra Wooden Flooring!

From the minute, I reached out to Angies list until the completion of the job, everything with A1. Alyssa called me right away, was able to assess what I needed, and promptly made an appointment with me the same day. I came out and saw the work that has to be done. He was completely transparent, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He came back to do the work, and it was pristine. I cant rave enough about this company. If there was 100 stars, they would get that rating.! Definitely definitely higher them, they are awesome! One of my neighbors has already snagged him for a job!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, Alyssa, and their team on replacing the flooring in our upstairs and stairwell with luxury vinyl. From start to finish, Alex demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. We had an idea of what we wanted and, in our our consultation visit, Alex helped us come up with an even better solution than we had imagined. Their communication throughout the project was clear and thorough. The worked very hard and completed the project ahead of schedule - faster than what they quoted us! Alex and his team made what could have been a stressful renovation process smooth and easy. We found them to be very friendly and trustworthy. We are extremely happy - the attention to detail is something you just donâ t find that often here in So Fla. The floor installation was a bit complicated by the fact I had a tenantâ s occupied condo. Nevertheless, the contractor was able to make an appointment the same day I called them and started the job next day. In two days everything was done. And they agreed to install a missing baseboards and all process was completed as well. They provide you with the pictures of the future floor materials you want to be installed in your home prior the installation and how it will look in your home/rooms, so that you can see it right away if it suits you or not, what allows you to pick a better option, on my opinion. Professional, friendly, customer oriented. If you want the job done, you can rely on Dâ Alandra Flooring. Thank you to Angâ s list and Dâ Alandra Flooring.

Their quote was on the high side for only one bedroom upstairs and flooring for my stairs, but they assured me that they would be able to install vinyl flooring for my open spiral staircase. The job ended up heing more complicated and the installer left an awkward open space where the Vinyl floor pieces did not fit the stairs. It was difficult to get them to give me any type of discount and the installer tried to fill the space on my stairs with glue and it was unsightly. I believe he was skilled to do basic floor installation and basic stairs, but the open spiral staircase that I have was above the skill level of the installer. But if you have basic flooring or a basic enclosed staircase to do, they will absolutely do a great job.

Alex is very detail-oriented and goes the extra mile for customers. Alex came up with ideas that made the project better. For example, I felt I should fill in a sunken living room. Alex recommended I use white risers on the sunken living room, and instead use that money toward flooring for the whole downstairs. At the end, the sunken living looks beautiful and luxurious, and I was able to do the flooring for the whole home, making it much more uniform. Customer satisfaction is his priority.
