I was in a time crunch—closing on a Thursday and needing the floors done before moving in—and they were able to squeeze me in on Friday and Saturday without hesitation. The team installed flooring in all the upstairs bedrooms and the stairs, and it came out absolutely beautiful—seamless and high quality. I had worked with a flooring company previously in Virginia, and Delandra outperformed them by far. Alissa was incredibly responsive throughout the process, and the crew was not only professional but also genuinely kind and personable. From the minute, I reached out to Angies list until the completion of the job, everything with A1. Alyssa called me right away, was able to assess what I needed, and promptly made an appointment with me the same day. I came out and saw the work that has to be done. He was completely transparent, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He came back to do the work, and it was pristine. I cant rave enough about this company. If there was 100 stars, they would get that rating.! Definitely definitely higher them, they are awesome! One of my neighbors has already snagged him for a job!

The floor installation was a bit complicated by the fact I had a tenantâ s occupied condo. Nevertheless, the contractor was able to make an appointment the same day I called them and started the job next day. In two days everything was done. And they agreed to install a missing baseboards and all process was completed as well. They provide you with the pictures of the future floor materials you want to be installed in your home prior the installation and how it will look in your home/rooms, so that you can see it right away if it suits you or not, what allows you to pick a better option, on my opinion. Professional, friendly, customer oriented. If you want the job done, you can rely on Dâ Alandra Flooring. Thank you to Angâ s list and Dâ Alandra Flooring.

Their quote was on the high side for only one bedroom upstairs and flooring for my stairs, but they assured me that they would be able to install vinyl flooring for my open spiral staircase. The job ended up heing more complicated and the installer left an awkward open space where the Vinyl floor pieces did not fit the stairs. It was difficult to get them to give me any type of discount and the installer tried to fill the space on my stairs with glue and it was unsightly. I believe he was skilled to do basic floor installation and basic stairs, but the open spiral staircase that I have was above the skill level of the installer. But if you have basic flooring or a basic enclosed staircase to do, they will absolutely do a great job.

I love my new floors!!! Dâ Landra Flooring did such a great job installing vinyl flooring in my home! Alix & Alissa were very professional, punctual, provided quality vinyl product, and gave me a very fair price. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I would highly recommend them for your vinyl flooring needs.

Alex is very detail-oriented and goes the extra mile for customers. Alex came up with ideas that made the project better. For example, I felt I should fill in a sunken living room. Alex recommended I use white risers on the sunken living room, and instead use that money toward flooring for the whole downstairs. At the end, the sunken living looks beautiful and luxurious, and I was able to do the flooring for the whole home, making it much more uniform. Customer satisfaction is his priority.
