The orange based cleaner smells fresh and the steam was clearly visible from the machine wand as he went over the carpet. I felt confident that the heat of the steam treatment was what we needed. I scheduled him to come back on a regular basis. He hooked up a water line to our sink and the collection tank for the dirty water was in his van, which he was able to park right outside our warehouse door."

She even sent me a video of the entire place as they left to give me peace of mind that it was still clean and a video of her locking the front door. The price was very reasonable.
