Mario and his team did excellent work. They showed up on time. They worked hard for two days and they cleaned up well after themselves. I would recommend them very highly, they are true professionals.

Mario was excellent. The installation of the luxury vinyl planks in the entire apartment was prompt, the customer service was excellent and his concern for quality work and pleasing the customer was outstanding. He has experience working with condo associations. The process to get the sound proof approval and the paperwork requirement was very helpful. I highly recommend MP Floors and Mario was great.

Mario and the whole crew were great. He responded to my inquiry immediately, came to my home and provided samples along with an estimate. A week later my floors were installed in 1 day. They were great, efficient, professional, friendly, thorough and cleaned up after all work was complete. Great quality floors so far, they look awesome and it's a huge transformation. Definitely competitive pricing and value. Nothing like dealing with the commercial big box names which I will not mention. All I will say it's one of those companies failed to even show up for the in home estimate even after 3 calls confirming the day and time so I would make sure I was here for their worker. Laughable and unprofessional. I told them they'll never have my business. I highly recommend Mario and the MP floors staff, you will thank me later.

They installed a wood floor. It was a good job initially. In the kitchen, I had a new refrigerator installed by Brandsmart. They did some damage to the floor, and I asked Mario to fix this. Brandsmart paid Mario to fix it. He sent his employees to do this. They ended up leaving the same damage. I have photos. Mario came to look and saw the same damage. He took photos as well. His employees came back without Mario, as he told me he was no longer doing labor. When the employees came back, they said they would only need to be here for about 30 minutes. But, after close to 2 hours, in which several attempts to cut appropriate boards, they just ended up replacing them with the same damaged floorboard. I contacted Mario and he came for inspection. Said there was some problems with the bottom of the refrigerator. He said that, when they moved it to replace damaged boards, it was the cause. The board that needed to be replaced did not reach under the refrigerator. In addition, when their employees did the living room floors, they removed the sofa, which is heavy, and has wheels on the bottom, which I advised the two employees about, who did not speak English (and a very pregnant girl),who attempted to pick up the sofa and dropped it on the floor, causing dents from the wheels. Mario saw the damage but they never sent anyone to replaced it. I have attempted to contact Mario multiple times via phone, messages, I have it on my phone. As of this date, he has not fixed the kitchen damage, nor the living room. When the courts reopen, Brandsmart and I will be filing a lawsuit, and BBB as well. He does a good job with the floor, but he does not take responsibility for work errors. Be careful of his character, he cannot be trusted if anything goes wrong.

The manner in which Mario showed compassion for his workers and for the customer. I didnâ t ask for any breakfast but when he brought breakfast for his workers he brought me a breakfast to. When you feed a man it means something about the integrity of that person

I had 2500 sq feet of glue down wood floor installed. Mario and his team of installers were absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. They were perfect in every aspect of the install, cleanup and follow up. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

Good team of guys, they were punctual and worked almost non-stop, the floor came out excellent, they also did a great job on my stairs! I would recommend them.

Timely neat and professional

I was very impressed with Mario's installers. I'm picky and I watched them do the whole job. I did a diagonal install, and was worried about getting an installation company that wouldn't waste material on too many errors. I definitely picked the right company! These guys zoomed through the job cutting one accurate angle after another and another. They also did an outstanding job installing my new baseboards. I observed them making the most out of materials like using a partial piece twice whenever possible. I can't believe how little waste was left over. Many installation companies told me to expect 20-30% above the square footage for errors and diagonal installs. The diagonal automatically uses more material. These guys had almost zero errors and I didn't need hardly any extra material above the actual square footage! My floors look great and I can't believe how gorgeous my living room is now. The only tiny error I noticed was applying the slider moulding a little crooked, but the guys fixed it immediately without any attitude as soon as I pointed it out. I would definitely use these installers again!

Mario and his team were some of the best people I have ever done business with. The project was to install vinyl laminate flooring over existing tiles. Mario was courteous, prompt, easy to communicate with, and just an all-around nice guy. His crew, Santiago, Giovanni, and Henry were amazing. They were like magicians. The workmanship was professional, and detail orientated. The project turned out beyond our expectations I would not hesitate to recommend Mario as I have already recommended Mario to a close friend with a similar project.

MP floors was prompt to respond. In addition they provided excellent guidance on the work to be done. They established timelines which they promptly adhered to. Pricing was very competitive and floors installed to perfection. Will be my first phone call should I need Flooring in the future.

They did an amazing job, these guys go above and beyond and don t try to break the bank; not to mention, they work with you and get the job done right and quick. The floors they put in for me was unbelievable and they got it done in a day.
