Wayne was my sales person, he was extremely patient and flexible with my schedule. We had the entire house floored beautifully within 3 days. I appreciate how quickly they were able to book my project and come back to inspect the project. The entire process was smooth, and I am extremely happy.

Wayne at American Flooring Solutions offered great customer service, and he was very helpful in answering all my questions before the project was started. The installers were quick and did a good job with installing the new floor and baseboards. Hernando also gave great customer service when things happened that were out of his control. He did what needed to be done, and I'm glad I went with AFS.

We met Wayne first who paved the way to trusting the company. He was very honest and confident on his work. We clicked with him right away. We felt good about going on this messy job of removing the existing tile. This has been a project in the making for 10 years and the stress of doing it was removed when we met Wayne. The guys he brought to do the tile were very hard working young men. Yes the job of removing tile was messy and a lot of cleaning but having these two wonderful workers that installing the tile doing a wonderful job was way worth it. Wayne was the salesman. He was honest and trustworthy and easy to deal with. He gave me a great deal on flooring for my villa. Hernando was in charge of the installation. He made sure everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed with this company and I highly recommended them. They did a beautiful job on my floors.

VERY pleased. Small patio job. Wayne was prompt and professional. This is a second home for us and Wayne made our project happen on schedule!! Hernando oversaw the project and the patio now looks great. Price was competitive. Service exceeded expectations. A definite 10 points and I would highly recommend.

The work was done fairly quickly but there were gaps in the foot they never mentioned and the laminate would sink. Also, the stairs started to make noise once again did not mention anything. I called they came out made the issue with sinking laminate worse, never fixed the stairs and the person who did the job brought his teenager and asked my wife to heat up his good. I complained and never heard back from them. Go with a more professional company.

I rate American Flooring Solutions a 10+ and I'll tell you why....when I initially requested an estimate, I received a call in less than 15 minutes. We arranged a time and Alex and Wayne where here before the scheduled time. I picked 3 samples of Stone Core and they had state of the art design software that allowed me to see each sample in my room!!! The day of the installation the crews where on time. First the movers (Hernado & Frank) who moved my furniture with such care as if they where moving their own furniture. Then the installers (Junior & David) where perfectionists in every single detail. I was told it would take 2 days and that exactly how long it took!!! I sent my family and friends pics of their work and now 3 friends want their card and will be contacting them. I would recommend and I will hire again American Flooring Solutions. Listen to me, if you are looking for a highly professional Flooring company who respects your time and understands this is a big investment, have old school values then do yourself a favor and contact American Flooring Solutions. These guys go beyond and above the call of duty. They get started on time and move steady all the way through the job. They are very nice and courteous. Alex Noriega from American Flooring Solutions called immediately after I requested quote in Home Advisor was there at our home in 15 min to give a quote. He provide excellent information on the product. We needed the job done asap, he arrived the next day with an crew and completed the job in a day. I am very happy with the quality of the work. I went with American Flooring Solutions to redo the floors in my condo and I couldn t be happier. The customer service was out of this world.
