Excellent communication and customer service, Mick is professional, honest, trustworthy and gave a fair competitive price. Windson and Herbert installed my LVP flooring. They were prompt, pleasant and respectful. They did an outstanding job installing my floors - the work is flawless. I highly recommend Footprints Floors - it was a very rewarding experience.

Footprints was a great company to work with. They are consummate professionals and we were very happy with the job they did. They were fast and worked very hard until the job was done. Mick was fabulous during the whole process. I live in a high rise condo where they require paperwork and approvals (for no real reason) and a city that made permitting very difficult. Mick was supporting me and holding my hand the entire time. He even helped me store the tile in an off- site location since the building wouldn't allow the tile to come to the apartment while waiting for permits. Mick's crew were professionals and did wonderful work. It's hard to find honest professionals who follow through with what they sell. Mick was up front, honest, taught me what I needed to know, and working with him was a pleasure. He even tolerated my craziness and ignorance about my first experience in renovations. I have recommended Footprints to others. Honest, reasonably priced, solid advice, a true professional from start to finish. Thank you Mick and Footprints!!

Professional, accommodating, knowledgeable. Mick assigned Noah who did a great job installing 24x48 tiles across our 1,000 sqft condo. Professional advice on tile orientation - I had almost made the wrong decision but they were quick to advise, quick to get me involved to preview different layouts before laying down the tiles, so appreciative of that. Experienced with the permit process, responsive GC partner. Not the cheapest, went over budget because of unexpected uneven floor soundproofing from decades ago, but you definitely get what you pay for, they removed all of that and followed the Mapei warranty requirements by the book. This review is one year later. The only thing I would have done differently is added grout protector/sealant to stop the grout from getting dirty and changing color. Recommend and would hire Noah again. Very good with setting expectations - timeline, permit process etc. Friendly team. Thank you Mick!

I normally never write a review, but this one is a special find. The company did such an amazing job on my floors, that I decided to do two additional rooms of refinishing my floors. It looks incredible, I highly highly recommend this company. They were professional, on time, and perfection.

One thing I have unfortunately learned from doing renovations in Miami is that it is very hard to find a good/reliable contractor. Mick and his team were incredible. Mick helped me from from beginning to end. He did the estimate himself, which was extremely clear and his prices were beyond fair. Mick answered every one of my annoying questions and was extremely responsive. Everything was done on time and done really well. I highly recommend you call Mick for your floors (and some other tile work as well). I love my floors!! Thank you so much!

Footprints Floors Miami / Mick & Ryan has been exceptional people to work with. We have just purchased a home which was built in 1925 and it seems that we have original floors that are Florida Pine and Oak. Florida pine is very vibrant with a beautiful texture in it; however, it's not an easy color to stain. The previous owners has stained it with very dark color to hide the texture. Once we sanded down the floors; we wanted to keep it as natural it is, however, Mick has told us that it's a very rare request and he needs to do some research. After the research; Mick has come up with a stain/sealing brand that he never used before. Once we finished the process, the result was exceptional! Not only the result; Mick & Ryan has been great partners to work with since they have been very responsive and helpful with any request that we came up with. I would highly recommend them.

That it was timely and very couteous. Went beyond to insure all work would be done properly and on time.
