"The floor can be repaired by someone else"

"Jorge and his installers were truly outstanding. The floors look better than we had anticipated. The crew was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I will hire them again when I do my floors downstairs."

"My schedule for the closing of my new condo changed several times. Wally worked on my schedule and did vinyl wood flooring in my entire apartment in just one day. They were professional and very affordable. The floors are beautiful!"

"I found D’landra Wooden Flooring through Angi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, they quoted me a very reasonable and affordable price. I was in a time crunch—closing on a Thursday and needing the floors done before moving in—and they were able to squeeze me in on Friday and Saturday without hesitation. The team installed flooring in all the upstairs bedrooms and the stairs, and it came out absolutely beautiful—seamless and high quality. I had worked with a flooring company previously in Virginia, and Delandra outperformed them by far. Alissa was incredibly responsive throughout the process, and the crew was not only professional but also genuinely kind and personable. If you’re looking for a flooring company that is fast, efficient, affordable, and delivers great results, I highly recommend D’landra Wooden Flooring!"

"They did amazing job! My apartment was water damaged, and we are in a commercial building. So there were lots of work involved, not just select the suitable floor for our situation, but also involved in dealing with the complicated building management office ( they required many documents), removal of the old floor, moving furnitures around while putting the new floor. Mario and his people were so helpful and made everything easier. Mario brought the samples two times to show me. They did excellent job and finished the project in 2 days!"

"Ron was amazing to work with my moms apartment had wood floors that needed to be replaced and he made the process effortless would highly recommended to anyone looking to redo their floors"

"The job itself went very well. The crew was friendly and professional. The floor still looks great 3 years on. The only issue, albeit a pretty big one, was a clogged toilet after the job was done. It took some time to get the plumber in. To no avail, as they exhausted all the standard clog removal techniques. We thought it could be the toilet itself, so we had it replaced, and that still did not fix it. Ultimately, they ended up breaking into the floor and found a rag was stuck pretty deep down in the plumbing. This all took around two weeks after the initial job. Being that it took so long to diagnose the issue, I didn't expect much when I contacted the company about it. They denied any wrongdoing. Thanks for the memories, and the $1100 plumbing bill."

"Had our second project done with Mick and Footprints Floors. Did an awesome job with our wood floors. Great customer service throughout the project, presenting various options and recommendations. Very transparent up front and follow thru on all promises"

"This company provides excellent customer service and the work done was superior. Top notch and would recommend to anyone that needed flooring work done."
