Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would hire them again if the need arose."

The job ended up heing more complicated and the installer left an awkward open space where the Vinyl floor pieces did not fit the stairs. It was difficult to get them to give me any type of discount and the installer tried to fill the space on my stairs with glue and it was unsightly. I believe he was skilled to do basic floor installation and basic stairs, but the open spiral staircase that I have was above the skill level of the installer. But if you have basic flooring or a basic enclosed staircase to do, they will absolutely do a great job."
