"The installer and his assistant were excellent, repairing a damaged area of hardwood flooring skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would hire them again if the need arose."

"Their quote was on the high side for only one bedroom upstairs and flooring for my stairs, but they assured me that they would be able to install vinyl flooring for my open spiral staircase. The job ended up heing more complicated and the installer left an awkward open space where the Vinyl floor pieces did not fit the stairs. It was difficult to get them to give me any type of discount and the installer tried to fill the space on my stairs with glue and it was unsightly. I believe he was skilled to do basic floor installation and basic stairs, but the open spiral staircase that I have was above the skill level of the installer. But if you have basic flooring or a basic enclosed staircase to do, they will absolutely do a great job."

So there were lots of work involved, not just select the suitable floor for our situation, but also involved in dealing with the complicated building management office ( they required many documents), removal of the old floor, moving furnitures around while putting the new floor. "The job itself went very well. The crew was friendly and professional. The floor still looks great 3 years on. The only issue, albeit a pretty big one, was a clogged toilet after the job was done. It took some time to get the plumber in. To no avail, as they exhausted all the standard clog removal techniques. We thought it could be the toilet itself, so we had it replaced, and that still did not fix it. Ultimately, they ended up breaking into the floor and found a rag was stuck pretty deep down in the plumbing. This all took around two weeks after the initial job. Being that it took so long to diagnose the issue, I didn't expect much when I contacted the company about it. They denied any wrongdoing. Thanks for the memories, and the $1100 plumbing bill."
