He did the repairs with 2yrs warranty.Never had a problem since then.I am now able to keep my windows open without looking for something to hold them up or have to replace them. He repaired the balance rods which he provided and included in the bill also replaced the locks, which I never knew could be repaired. "Lewis was prompt and professional. This project entailed removal of bubbled UV film on the windows that was at least 40 years old and replacement with new. He carefully explained UV options and presented written quotes for two different films. I asked him for a second quote for additional windows and then a third! He promptly responded with no complaints. It s a full day job with two men. Bonus he offers a lowest price guarantee but it wasn t necessary since his was the best price of three contractors.
