"Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to replace the front door and side-lite, the garage side door, and the garage 2-car door also add hurricane panel to a glass block window. These items did not meet hurricane standards for home owners insurance discount. Matt explained the scope of the work and that it would take 4-6weeks to complete, waiting for the products to come in would take the longest time. I received an emailed estimate with a full itemized breakdown of costs a couple days later and it was followed up by a phone call by Matt Sr. who went over the costs. Later in the week he called again to give me a quote on a less expensive door product (a steel door instead of a French door) that dropped the price down a few hundred dollars. I appreciated the other option but in the end, we went with another company that offered different products. I liked that Matt Sr., the owner of the company called me twice to follow up and to offer competitive prices.
