"I interviewed close to 10 companies to have hurricane windows installed at my townhouse. I have 5 windows and 2 sliding glass doors that needed replacement. Many of the companies that came out wanted to do a 2 hour presentation on their windows and a strong sales pitch. Prices ranged as high as $21,000.00 I was disillusioned about having the work done till one of my friends told me to contact East Coast Windows & Doors Inc as she had worked with them last year to replace windows at her home. "Lewis and his team were responsive, timely and professional. Upon inspection of the windows, Lewis offered a wide range of films from which to choose and explained the benefits of each, so that I made the appropriate choice for my project. Seven windows were treated at my residence, including the removal of 30-year-old tinted film. I now have a lifetime warranty on the new Solar Control film. The job took just a bit under six hours and I was instructed on the care and maintenance of the film. All in all, a pleasant experience. Highly recommended."

We were referred to Guinn & Sons after getting estimates from other companies close to $50K. The whole job completed for the original estimate. The work was impeccable. Doors and windows are beautiful.  We are delighted with the finished product.  For what is basically a construction job, it went very smoothly.  Communication was great, even responded on the weekends. Installers go out of their way to protect your belongings and are very good at cleaning up after themselves each day. We highly recommend Guinn & Sons.

"Half was finished last year and the other remaining openings were completed this year, all during the Pandemic. Little delay on getting the ESW windows shipped to the US, but understandable during this time as everything was disrupted. Installation crew was on time and worked efficiently, even in the rain this year. Windows are a tremendous upgrade from builder grade non-impact 25 year old windows. They are well built, hold out noise and heat, and are solid. Front picture window was made up of 3 windows - had minor water leakage the first hard rain storm that was easily corrected with outside caulking. No issues passing county inspection. Everyone was polite and respectful, went about their business, and cleaned-up afterwards. I got ESW Windows with UV and Supernova accordions for the French doors. Nice to have a completed house."
