Do not hire this unprofessional company. I hired Didier Ramirez to pressure wash my roof. After they finished the poor job they did my gutters were stripped of the paint from the chemicals they used. I contacted Mr Didier Ramirez at 754-242-2024 and NO answer. I text Mr Didier Ramirez and he got back to me a day later and said he would come and repair the damage that he did after sending him pictures. He was a NO show. Very disappointed and dishonest business. I tried reaching out many times and no answer. Finally he said he will come by and again NO show. Again I tried NO show. It?s been over 5 weeks and nobody has come to fix the damage. Dishonest person Mr Ramirez is and to have a business like this I would definitely NOT recommend. I now have to hire a professional and hopefully they can be repainted at best or to install new gutters. I have submitted a complain with the BBB and hopefully they will answer them. Easy to make an appointment within days notice. Friendly , kind and professional. Communication was good. They arrived on time, walked me through the project explained the work to be completed. My house is white and had a year of dirt grime you name it, when they were done..it was blinding white again! HOA approved the cleaning - great pricing. Thank you for your hard work and a job well done!

The customer service is excellent! We called and immediately got a response, estimate, and appointment all within the hour of contacting them. They power washed our driveway and patio pavers, made some paver repairs, and washed our windows (interior and exterior). Efficient, on time, kind, and clean. You will not be disappointed in hiring them. 5 stars is not enough for them!!
