The installation crew was Five Star. Removing all windows downstairs/ Upstairs on a 3000 sq ft house was a big job. These fellows were prompt, meticulous, professional in every respect. I was in the trades for over 40 years; watching this team was like watching a ballet. Synchronized, efficient, every step counted. This company had lots of excellent reviews but I have lived in S. Florida long enough to be cautious. I was pleasantly surprised at how prompt the owner was to give me an estimate and how quickly he scheduled my job. The crew showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I will use this company again for any door or window work and highly recommend them.

The do what they promise. Jeff said our doors would be delivered 4-6 weeks after the order was put in. They came in 4 weeks and he scheduled our install that week. His installers were here about a day and a half, great crew. They were fast, neat and very knowledgeable and accommodating . We highly recommend this company !!

These guys are FAST and EFFICIENT! I submitted a request for info and received a call in just over 1 hour. Jeff was very helpful and was able to set an appointment with a technician. Peter gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. He arrived within the quoted time period. He was very clear in explaining why my garage door made so much noise. He performed some maintenance and was gone 25 minutes later. My garage door now opens and closes with minimal noise. This company is excellent with their response time, customer service, and professionalism. A+

I purchased a garage door opener from Access Garage Doors a little over a year ago and it stopped working suddenly. I called the company to look at it and the owner is telling me that I have to purchase a new garage door opener. This is really a dishonest business practice and terrible customer service.
