During the installation the installers noticed an imperfection in the glass and called the manufacture right away about this issue. They even handed me a $2500 check with my name on it to hold until the final window was installed. 4 weeks later the window came and the job is completed. I gave them back the check and the company was kind enough to give me a $150 credit for the inconvenience"
