Through trial and error we did extensive research on a particular company to choose and to my surprise, assured has exceeded my expectations. The customer service was impeccable. During the installation the installers noticed an imperfection in the glass and called the manufacture right away about this issue. They even handed me a $2500 check with my name on it to hold until the final window was installed. 4 weeks later the window came and the job is completed. I gave them back the check and the company was kind enough to give me a $150 credit for the inconvenience"
