"Based on reviews of Optimum Pest Control on Angie’s List, I hired this company to rid my house of a huge number of palmetto bugs. I had been seeing on the average of 3/day. My usual pest control company tried hard to help but was not effective. Renan came over and checked out my entire house from the attics to underneath and in cabinets, vanities, AC closets etc. He pointed out areas that needed to be sealed as there were many access points for the bugs to enter the house. He came back the next day and bombed the attic. Two days later he came back and treated with boric acid. He also has sprayed the lawn and ornamentals outside. Renan is very detail oriented and is attentive to everything. He is professional, on time, and quick to answer texts and calls. I would highly recommend him!"
