"Scott was very professional & courteous. He was task oriented & very neat as he went about the job. We ran into a problem with the disposal I purchased that was to be plugged in which would have required an electrician to come put in an power outlet. Scott discussed with me & he quickly looked up on Lowes website to see if they had a product like the old one he had taken out. He provided me with the model number & agreed to work on the faucet while I went to purchase it. I felt he was honest & trustworthy, so I left him at work in my home.
