They were very professional about setting up the security system. They even included two keyfobs at no extra cost which allow me and my wife to Arm and Disarm the system from a distance with out having to enter our codes.

Paul was respectful, on time, showed up with a mask, communicated clearly, understood the questions/needs. They responded quickly (only company I heard from through HomeAdvisor) and scheduled very quickly. Clearly, customer service is important to them which cannot be said of a lot of companies these days.

I needed to update my current security camera system. I purchased a DVR and hired PCG Securities to re-connect my system. Paul Groomes, Jr, (President/CEO) responded to the Home Advisor request and contacted me the day I submitted my job request. He was at my house the next day and on time. Of course, the DVR I ordered was not compatible my cameras. Paul went the extra mile...he drove to his local distributor and got me the correct DVR. My camera system is up and running. I highly recommend PCG Securities.
