Steve came out and was great with walking us through the process and drawing up a plan that we loved. The install team took 1 day for tear down of our old fence and install of the new one. They were super proficient and professional. They paid attention to the size of my dogs and to make sure they couldn’t get out of any gaps. They went above and beyond. "When we originally talked with Jeremy from J Rivers, we were going to replace existing section with wood. Before signing contract and after talking with other people, we decided to go with vinyl. I explained to Jeremy our reasoning and he said it was my decision. No pressure that it had to be vinyl. We made arrangements to install fencing realizing our project was a small one and he would "work" it in week he scheduled. However, due to weather and medical reasons, install date had to be changed several times. At no time did I get the feeling that I was being a "pest" with changes. When the install actually happened, the crew were nice, efficient and made sure my requests to move items near new fence I wasn't able to as well as left my back yard clean with excess dirt spread, not just piled in one area. I will use them again in future and would recommend them to anyone."
