Extremely Well!

This is my second project with Masada. Both times I was very impressed with the equipment and more impressed with the people. Scheduling was easy. The tech is excellent. The office staff is very professional. I will be replacing several more cameras with their newer 8M pixel gear. It looks amazing! Thanks Masada ! Thanks Angi !!

My family and I have been a client of Masada security for many years. When my father passed away, Masada took great care of my mom when she was home alone. They keep their prices low, but their service high. Masada rarely has price increases and have been reasonable with every repair that I have overseen since taking over my mom's house after her passing. I have spoken with owner and he is a very caring man who really cares about each of his clients. I highly recommend going with his products and services. You too, will become a lifetime client of his for sure!

This company is a JOKE. I had Daniel [Employee Last Name Removed] come to my house to survey a job for 8 wired Lorex cameras. He spent well over an hour, as I showed him the floorplan and where cameras were to be installed, the attic (which he went up to inspect himself) This was planned for weeks, and when the crew arrived, they were scratching their heads...said they didn't know why Daniel said this job could be done because of access to attic/walls was not possible as a clean install. They said he is just a salesman. Daniel [Employee Last Name Removed] is a clown, who wasted my time and money buying supplies for a job they could not perform! ?

Daniel, in the office, was convinced there was a simple fix, he exercised an abundance of patience and more than one phone call, remained calm and the root of the problem was fixed. Thank you so much.

I recently purchased 4 security cameras and a recorder (NVR) thinking that would do the installation myself. After a look up in the attic I decided to get a pro to do it. I called three highly recommended companies to do the job, but only Masada understood the intent of my request. They knew that I wanted to improve the security at my house and immediately provided me with a quote to install my camera system, but also to upgrade my existing alarm system all at a discount. The work was scheduled within one week and the installation was completed with no surprises and no mess to clean up. They even added on a couple of features at my request without any delay in the installation. Most important of all, my dog really liked the installers. :-) I would recommend Masada Security to all of my family and friends!

Wow! I was in a major jam today and William and Masada Security came through for me in a big way! Long story short, I was set to have an install done by another company, and that work was not able to be completed. I needed to have the install done today as I had calendared other dependencies based on the alarm being in place. A bit panicked, I called Masada based on the reviews here, and spoke to a nice lady who eventually transferred me to William the owner. He was extremely empathetic to my situation, and figured out a way to make something happen for me later in the day! Talk about going above and beyond!!! I am so very, very pleased with the service, the way Masada helped me out, and everything ended up costing a bit less than what I was going to pay with the other company. I cannot more highly recommend Masada Security!

Great. My old Security System was overhauled and connected up to their monitoring system in just a few hours. Everyone was polite, courteous and clean ( no black smudges on walls, doors etc as with some sloppy workers). System is all working fine now and it was a painless process. Nice company to work with.

I have no existing system. I know nothing about security systems. I thought I wanted a 5 - 6 camera outdoor surveillance system. I called William and discussed options. I was quoted a reasonable price and William was very knowledgeable and professional. We scheduled install and all went very well. There were two issues with camera placement due to my vaulted ceiling and wiring concerns. We were able to move those cameras to a different location and the visual coverage is adequate. After install I checked the cameras. First of all this is looks to be commercial grade very fine quality cameras and equipment. My friend said "this is better than the system I have at work". I paid attention to the picture quality during transition from daytime to night. These cameras look amazing at night as well as all day. I am impressed with the equipment and staff. I would recommend Masada to anyone who wants a security system. I will have Masada quote one additional camera, and will gladly pay for their services. A++ Thanks Masada ! Thanks Angie !!!

After throwing more and more money at ADT over the years, I called Masada Security because of their positive reviews here on Angie's List. William responded immediately and came over to look at our system and tell us about the company. We scheduled an installation on the spot and Charlie arrived promptly, calling us to give an ETA. He was able to reuse most of our old equipment, and updated motion sensors, keypads, and batteries - all at no charge! They've arranged for Brinks to monitor our system, and I'm saving over $30/month. Our system is easier to use, has customizable features, and, best of all, a local guy I can call if I have a problem. Everyone we had contact with at Masada Security was friendly, responsive and professional.

Great, Chris show up on time and was easy to talk to, he got right to work. Looked over what I had and what was needed. Next day I got a quote, and it was a Great Price!! So I said lets do it. He came back and did a great job Fast!! But made sure every thing was good. Thanks guys for a great Job..

Great! The technician, Charlie, was highly professional, diligent and thorough. He solved numerous problems with the old system and installed a much more modern one. He also explained everything. It's a relief to have the security system up and running again.

Very reliable was there when said they would. Great to deal with on the phone. Worked everything out perfectly.

The big name alarms companies were cheaper but there was a lot of bait and switch and sleezy tactics. It was worth the money to have a more complete system. Other companies were free if I agreed to a skimpy system that I didn't want. The high pressure sales tactics were maddening. I like the way Masada does business. No nonsense and straightforward. Plus it's nice that they are a local company, and I dealt with the owner himself.

The installer Chris was excellent the owner I wasn't pleased with, the owner didn't get back on his promise on somethings, William the owner, he and I had some differences and what he printed out and said I would received as the package I purchased he was really slow in returning my calls once his initial visit was over but like I said Chris the installer was excellent I had no complaints with him

The work that Chris the installer did, his professionalism, his response, if the installer was the owner then it would have been an A.

The owner can get back and respond within the time frame which agreed upon instead of  having me to contact, because I had to contact home adviser about my cameras which they installed, it was just the communication from the owner.

Overall, they did a good job, but we felt as though they should have provided more guidance and instruction on how to use the new system considering its cost.
