When he was done, he did not put the old fan in the box and in fact, took the motor with him, which I needed to return to the manufacturer as it was defective. The company did get it returned. This weekend the owner called me and asked about my experience. He offered to make it right. I have that work scheduled later this week. I am confident that they will make it right."
