Nick the owner told me they would not be available until around the first of April, which was perfect because I had to remove all kinds of stuff from my back porch that I'd stored there for years. I also trimmed bushes and weeded up close to the house. On a Wednesday during the first week of April, he called to let me know he'd be sending a worker to fix my rotted doorframe, Thursday, he brought the man who pressure-washed, Saturday, Nick called me to let me know they'd be coming on Monday at 7am, and on Monday, Nick brought the 3 painters who worked Monday, Tuesday, and most of Wednesday. They applied a primer and 2 coats of the paint I had chosen from Sherwin Williams. They had also applied a sealant over my cement block in places that needed it. I have a huge L-shaped back porch and the floor and ceiling also received 2 coats. My house had been neglected a lot years and now, it looks beautiful. Aldo's HD Lawn & LandscapingAldo's has trimmed our trees, leveled our backyard, previously. This time (yesterday) Aldo's scrubbed and pressure washed our extra large parking area, continuing on with the porches and paver paths on the sides of the house. We had developed so much mold it just had to be done. Then, they scrubbed and pressure washed our large deck. The mold had made the wood very slippery when wet. The Aldo's crew also replaced all the deck furniture. Their clean-up after the job always leaves it looking great. These hard working gentlemen have always done a beautiful job for us. Their bid on the job been affordable and they stand by that bid. They are so good that we also enjoy tipping each worker separately at the end. Big "Thank You" to Aldo's. They are our go-to guys. The house was pressure washed beautifully, everything not getting paint was covered and taped, the house was well sealed and caulked . He is very attentive to detail and goes the extra mile if needed to get the job done right. Two coats of paint were applied. Just be sure that everything you want to see happen goes into the contract--including draw schedules, deadlines, and the nitty-gritty of the job descriptions.
