Shower Installation and Replacement

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. By contract, work was to begin on March 17. It did not begin until March 22...and STILL is not done. We have not been able to use the main shower since March 22. Luckily we have a guest bath to use. The job was to finish today, April 8 ...I have sent 3 texts asking about ETA...no response. Windell is a nice guy, and does good work, but the delays and lack of communication is tortuous.
