Michael has told me that some window shall have darker or lighter film and why. He arrived to do the job on time and he called upon his arrival. "There was a severe lack of communication from the sales rep who was assigned to me. He was hard to get ahold of and wasn't responsive to my emails. There was also a big delay in getting my windows installed, I think they said there was an issue with the window supplier. My sales rep didn't keep me in the loop with what was going on with the delay. Someone from the window supplier actually called me and was very apologetic about the situation and was very responsive to me. I thought it was embarrassing for the Window Depot that the supplier was more responsive than they were. I told the supplier how unhappy I was with the service I was receiving and he called the owner of the Window Depot and the owner said he would send me a $100 gift card. It was a nice gesture but didn't make the situation right, in my mind. I had wanted to ask for a 10% discount but ended up not doing so. I wish I would have. But, at the end of the day, they installed a nice window and I guess that's all that matters."
