I signed up for a routine cleaning contract. I learned that I also needed detail cleaning on a couple windows that had paint overspray.

Workers were kind and courteous. Did not waste time and did a good job.

Douglas did a very very nice job. My only complaint is that he canceled the appointment three times. I understand why but this also inconvenienced my wife and I with doctors appointments. The lady that I talk to at Sabrinas, which I believe was Sabrina, was not the most cordial person that I talk to. She did give me a reduction in the rate, but you could tell from her voice that she was not happy doing that reduction. All that being said once Douglas got here he did a fine job.

The tech explained to me that I had paint overspray on a window and glue on another. He tried to get it off, but noted that paint and glue materials require "detail cleaning". He said he would note my file so that when I had them cleaned again the office staff will remind me that I have 2 windows that require detail cleaning. Since the house is new and I agreed there was more to a couple windows than a normal cleaning.

We have used Sabrinas several times now, and been absolutely thrilled with the quality of their service the price and timing. Unfortunately, there appears to be some spots on some of our windows that no matter what they try it doesnâ t clean it. Iâ m not so sure thatâ s their fault, but they certainly have given it the best try possible I highly recommend them.

Did an excellent job of cleaning our windows and screens for a reasonable price. Jujuli was friendly, respectful, pleasant, and conscientious. Will definitely use Sabrina again.
