THANK GOODNESS the end of the experience was with Johnny B and Kyle. Again we ordered 8 windows in June and it is now December before all windows were able to be inspected. I am a Veteran and I was sent a brochure and told no interest would be in my contract however I have NEVER been sent a paper contract. The windows are good but a lot of companies offer cost effective windows."
