We needed to have the some of our window balancers replaced. Adam was the first to contact us immediatly, everyone else was a day late. He knew exactly what to do and explained the process. I had this company come out to repair my sliding glass doors, and they did an amazing job. They replaced the rollers, cleaned and lubricated the tracks, adjusted the alignment, and even fixed the handle and lock so everything works perfectly now. Before, the doors were nearly impossible to open now they glide effortlessly with one hand. The tech was professional, on time, and explained everything he was doing. The difference is night and day, and the price was more than fair. I’d highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their sliding doors!
