Nate and his assistant showed up right on schedule and in short order were up on the roof cleaning out the gutters in the lanai area. They took photos before and after the work and reviewed it all with me. They were super to work with and I strongly reccommend them.

Shine went over the top to help me out. My wife was slowly dyeing and we knew she would not make Christmas. Shine got the lights up in record time so she could see them on her way home from the hospital. Decent and honorable with integrity. highly recommended

Shine did an excellent job cleaning the outside of my 5 first floor double hung windows. The 2-person team also removed and washed the 5 screens. Per my request, they placed them on a shelf in my garage, for storage. They also cleaned one outdoor ceiling fan. One window required extra attention due to a calcium/lime like residue resisted removal. The team leader gladly used a special solvent to breakdown the deposits. I will hire the folks from Shine in the future.

Shine of Tampa Bay is fantastic! So glad we hired them! Jim and DeJuan power washed the front of our home, parts of our barn, our courtyard (including a chess set and gazebo), and our outdoor kitchen and pool lanai area last week. They did an amazing job at a reasonable price. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted done. They arrived when they said they would and everything looks new again! They were very careful with all of our plants around these areas and I see no damage to them at all! They are both hard workers and really nice to work with. We will definitely use them again.
