Jordan and his helper were exceptional. Jordan was polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products he was installing. It was a great pleasure working with Jordan. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasurable experience with the installation of five windows in a door. At first we were expecting it to be a nightmare but Jordan made it into a dream. Window Depot is very lucky to have an employee like Jordan representing their company.

In January of 2021 we ordered 3 replacement external doors from the Window Depot. Due to delays caused by COVID, the doors were not actually installed until the 2nd of November. During this time we had to keep calling them to get a status update as they didn't reach out to us at all. During the installation the weather stripping/molding and peep hole parts were missing and we were told that we would be contacted about getting them installed since they are required to have the doors properly inspected. It is now two months later and we have yet to have the doors finished and inspected. Once again we have had to call them for status and are given standard blow hard false promises such as, "I will get a status and get right back to you" and then we never hear from them. They sure want your money but their customer service is atrocious and I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend to anyone to use this company.

We hired Window Depot in 2021 to replace all our windows , French doors , sliding doors with Hurricane glass PGT. From sales, communication ( many steps from start to finish /this was important )quality of the windows and doors, team of experienced and qualified installers(cleaning up after each step of the installation process) we would recommend this company-with 5 * We are amazed how quiet our home is and how the quality of the products stand out. This Company did such a wonderful job from start to finish * passing inspection with flying colors. Thank you Window-Depot for making this one of the best Investments we have done on our home of 31years.

Excellent! We love the new windows. Our old windows were a challenge to remove but it only took a couple more days than originally estimated. They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with. Plus they had a contract that my attorney husband thought was fair to the consumer and was willing to sign, unlike a competitor.

100% positive experience from beginning to end from salesman Mitch to measurer Jeremy to scheduler Rick and especially the installers Jordan and Jorge. Was very concerned about existing interior blinds/shutters, but Jordan and Jorge accommodated them without damage or issues and exhibited professional experience in the whole install process. No mess left behind and care taken to protect interior flooring during the process. The City inspector validated the good quality of Window Depot workmanship when the final permit inspection was made stating he only needed to look at 2 or 3 windows to see they were professionally completed, unlike many he had seen by (un-named big stores). Have already recommended them to friends.

My experience has been excellent! The windows and door are beautiful and very well installed. Brandon is amazing and was prompt, professional, and did a beautiful install. He and Brian cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Everyone at the company has been helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My salesman mark q beat the price of 4 other quotes. I would highly recommend the window depot!

You have to picture that they got the job done during the height of the Corona virus. That included measuring, ordering, getting the doors and windows and working through permits and inspections. Everyone respected the Corona virus masks and social distancing, clean up was performed and minor issues resolved to my satisfaction. The price was fair also. I would recommend them.

Order was written on 6/4/2020 to install a new Door and replace gutters and a downspouts I was told it would take 3 weeks. On the 24th a guy came to measure I told him the salesman Did it, he told me they didn’t get measurements. I told him I was told it would take 3 weeks so I he is now measuring which is 3 weeks when will l get it done, he was surprised that it was written on 6/4/2020 he said it should of been installing now, he is going to find out what went wrong and get back to me, I never heard from him so I call and spoke to Sonar she said she will call me back, she Never did call me back. I called again and was put through to someone who was not at his desk So I left a message on 7/2/2020 I got a call on the 7/7/2020 saying they could not do the gutters So they will return the money to my card. I am very annoyed because why would it take over a Month to let me know they could not do the job. So if I did not call I would be still waiting. Is that the way to do business? I hope you can understand what I wrote because I am very upset.

The windows are terrific! The gentlemen that installed the windows, Bernardo and Jose were professional, prompt, attention to detail was excellent! They even cleaned the windows and swept all debris from the jobsite.

Salesman came in and quoted price. I thought fairly expensive but signed contract anyway. Job had to be completed in within six weeks. Less than four weeks later, got a call that installation would be tomorrow. They came and installed and five hours later, job was done. No mess left and windows look great. Promise made, promise kept.

Entire experience was a mixed bag. On first inquiry owners responded immediately to my inquiry (Sana). Salesman was out quickly to quote the job and educate us. Long wait for installation due to availability of the product (all doors made by PGT). We were scheduled for three days of installation, so took off work to be there. At 7:45am of the scheduled start date I got a call from the installation supervisor notifying me that they were running behind and wouldn't be there. Right then I knew there were service issues and they could have let me know earlier. Installation was completed in the estimated time frame. Quality of the PGT windows is superb. Though not inexpensive (over $24K for the job) it is a high quality product. Service issues began immediately after installation and when they received the balance due for the project. The job isn't completed until after inspection by the county as there are some cosmetic strips that cover up areas the inspectors look at. Three weeks after inspection I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed the owner on a Thursday and was told the service manager would be in touch no later than the following Monday. Monday came and went and I waited another week and emailed the owner. There was no response. The next day I called and left a message. The service manager did then return the call and scheduled us for service two days later. When the gentleman arrived to finish the installation, his ticket only showed replacing a defective lock in the back door and didn't have time allocated to finish the cosmetic strips. More bad communication. The good news is that the tech (Josh) was extremely competent as well as caring about having a great installation. He pointed out more than a few things that were done badly in the installation, and was stunned the inspectors had passed it. He also gave me options on installation (water intrusion bars and stops to keep the door handles from breaking if the sliders were opened too hard) that were never even brought up by the installers. Final assessment.... great product, poor service and response once the money has been fully paid, but was very fortunate to have had Josh come out and point out all the flaws in the installation and fix them. They're here now (another half day off work) getting things right, and I'm sure in the final result I'll be happy with the product. It was just a long and frustrating road to get there. I don't know anything about window installations so was thankful to have Josh's integrity to get things right.

Very please with the work that was done which transformed our house. All the guys were very nice and did a great job. With the new windows, doors, and siding our electric bill has drastically reduced too. I would highly recommend The Window Depot for any windows, doors, siding fascia and soffit needs. You wont be disappointed.

There was a severe lack of communication from the sales rep who was assigned to me. He was hard to get ahold of and wasn't responsive to my emails. There was also a big delay in getting my windows installed, I think they said there was an issue with the window supplier. My sales rep didn't keep me in the loop with what was going on with the delay. Someone from the window supplier actually called me and was very apologetic about the situation and was very responsive to me. I thought it was embarrassing for the Window Depot that the supplier was more responsive than they were. I told the supplier how unhappy I was with the service I was receiving and he called the owner of the Window Depot and the owner said he would send me a $100 gift card. It was a nice gesture but didn't make the situation right, in my mind. I had wanted to ask for a 10% discount but ended up not doing so. I wish I would have. But, at the end of the day, they installed a nice window and I guess that's all that matters.

Window Depot is fantastic! From Sam, the original salesperson, to Brandon and Brian, our installers, to the office people, including Sana, all the way up to the owner, Jack, this company is top-notch! After we received about 5 quotes from competitors, we chose Window Depot. Once we accepted our quote from Sam, the windows were custom ordered. The process took about 4 weeks for the windows to be made and shipped. The actual installation of the windows and doors took about three days. Our installers were on time every day, worked a full day, and took the time to explain the process to us. They did amazing work, and cleaned up along the way, leaving no messes behind. Upon removal of some of the old windows, they discovered that we had some wood rot. Jack, the owner, was able to get someone out right away to take care of the problem areas. The windows then had stucco reapplied and now we have beautiful new windows! We went with PGT windows and they are wonderful. They really have reduced outside noise and have improved the temperature of our house, especially upstairs where it would get rather warm in the afternoon. The windows are impact resistant, which is a great security feature, and we are now all set for hurricane season, no plywood or shutters required. If you are looking for new windows, I highly recommend Window Depot. They offer quality products at competitive pricing and have great employees who do wonderful work!
