From sales, communication ( many steps from start to finish /this was important )quality of the windows and doors, team of experienced and qualified installers(cleaning up after each step of the installation process) we would recommend this company-with 5 * We are amazed how quiet our home is and how the quality of the products stand out. "They were professional installing the windows and replaced one window that had a flaw and replaced a window that was incorrect. They respoonded as soon as they had the windows, they were replaced. As soon as the inspection was completed, they were at the house within a few days to complete the final installation. Highly recommend this company."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
