The service performed was exceptional.  The door lock was completely broken.  Not only would it not lock, the door would not close.  Mr. Warren Grisafi arrived right on time, quickly fixed the problem, was very personable and explained the broken part he would have to order.  The glass door is over 15 years old, but he said he felt confident he could get the part needed.  Until then my door not only closes, it locks!  He advised me he would call me next week and give me an update.  The total cost was $25.00  I was amazed that this kind of person/service still existed in this day/time/area.  I could not be more pleased and would certainly recommend the company: Integrity Lock & Safe 813-927-5097 located in Land O' Lakes.
