Terrible, horrible, awful experience. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I have a block house built in 1996. I recently starting researching ways to “harden” my home against Florida storms. I initially thought a window film application would be the best solution. As I investigated glass technology, I realized the newer glass designs are far superior. I contacted Ryan at Reece Builders. We discussed details. I have a large number of windows, so we did the project in a couple of stages. In every case, every aspect of the project was flawless. The measurement was absolutely spot on. The installers were excellent and gifted craftsmen. Every new window fit perfectly. Everything was done correctly the first time. There were no “re works” for any reason. I mentioned Ryan by name here, but every single member of the Reece team is an outstanding professional and a pleasure to work with. When I look the construction of the Reece window compared to the original builder-supplied window, there is simply no comparison. The Reece window looks and feels much more robust, solid, and very well made. I have two east facing windows left to replace, literally next week. In the morning I put my hand on the old builder windows, and it feels like a hot frying pan. I go to the double insulated gas-filled Reece windows and they are cool to the touch. Actually, the vinyl frame is mildly warm, but I would expect that especially this summer of relentless heat and clear skies. That is the only heat transfer compared to the entire surface area of the old window. This is a great product and an excellent company to work with. I would recommend them and would love to work another project with them. I wish I had more windows to replace!! Thanks Reece ! Thanks Angie !!

Great crew on installation! Pour customer service. When called about the windows sliding the wrong way. They absolutely will not make it right due to the formed signed when we decided on the windows. But a day after the signing we changed our mind on the direction and let them know. Our rep admitted we called and that he did communicate the change. But even then they have made no attempt to fix it. So unhappy with the customer service. I would not recommend them solely based on customer service!!

Great! The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Installation went quickly with no issues. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone that needs new windows.

Sales rep Amanda was very thorough and professional and followed up as windows and doors were being installed. The install foreman Andy was detail oriented and was aware of what other installers were doing. When we were told someone would call us, they did. This was very important to us as we have dealt with companies that we are still waiting to be called. From start to finish we are pleased with the company and the product.

Amanda Chiarenza was an exceptional sales rep! Extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She was the best part of my entire dealing with Reece! She made sure I got what I wanted and wasn’t regretting the purchase, stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and even came back out when i decided to add a new front door to my order! The actual contractors that came out on the day of install were super friendly and didn’t mind my dogs, or cat, following them and supervising! I had worked the night before and they just let me doze on the couch while they worked, not disturbing me for anything unnecessary. The install was completed right before hurricane Irma, THANK GOODNESS! The only reason they didn’t get the 5th star was because they had no one available to show us how to property put on the hurricane shutters so we had to figure it out ourselves. Amanda Chiarenza even helped us through that ordeal via phone! She would be my go to for any windows or doors in the future!!

Amanda Chiarenza was very professional and willing to help explaining tha different types of windows. I will recommend her anytime. Actually my sister and brother in law called her and Recce wil install this months their new windows. The people that installed my windows were punctual and cleaned after them. This is the second time that I use Recce

It went very well. I was nervous because of nightmare stories I have heard about window replacement. I am glad to say no nightmares at this job. A few pieces were missing but were quickly found and installed. Matt and Clay were very professional. They did an excellent job keeping the work areas clean and tidy. They answered questions quickly and politely. I would definitely recommend Reece Builders and Regency Plus Inc.

Arrived on time both days.  Very professional and friendly.  Able to work around limited access areas.  Totally satisfied.

The sales process was a little challenging, but overall we are happy so far. We had a lot of questions at the beginning and really wanted to trust the people we were hiring. That was not received all that well. I was concerned it was difficult to find a lot of information about this company on social media, and that almost made me not hire them. The sales person told us they don't sub out their work, but I believe they do have subs. They have been very nice and responsive. Calls and emails were always answered. The install was good, and everything was cleaned up. We had to call them the day before our scheduled date and they tried to delay us, but then found someone to do the job. That was concerning! the windows looks good, and the quality is so far what we expected.

Salesman was very knowledgeable.  Windows came in at time I was told, 2 day installation was stress-free. Window installers great & professional!
