DuraSash

DuraSash was recommended to me by several Next Door neighbors. I replaced all my condo exterior windows (not lanai) with Hurricane rated windows. They arrived when contractor said they would, were installed when scheduled, and the price was the best of several offers I received both big box and local. I couldn't be happier. They were properly permitted and inspected. Very pleasant experience.

I received several quotes for this project and went with DuraSash. I liked that they do the installations not subbed out and pricing was very good. When the installation was completed, I could not get there that day but stopped by on Saturday later afternoon. I did find an issue with one of the window sills. I send Brad an e-mail after normal business hours, thinking I would get a response on Monday. Much to my surprise he responded that same evening and said that the sills would be replaced. That is SERVICE. The windows are excellent installed perfectly and done on time. This company stands behind their products does a great job and I recommend to anyone looking for new windows. Look not further get a quote from Brad.

We had a new window installed to replace a broken one and they were very courteous, polite, & honest about what we could afford. The guys were quick, did a great job installing it & cleaned up afterward. We will definetly use them again when we can replace more windows.

Brad and his assistant were extremely professional. If not for the new windows, you'd never know anyone was here. They were quick and efficient. The windows look great! The amount of sound transmitted has been significantly decreased. Our a/c isn't running non stop anymore. We experienced our first with the new windows thunderstorm, and am happy to report excellent results. We couldn't tell if it was raining or not until we looked and yep, it was raining. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Five star rating for sure!

Brad is a super guy who takes pride in his work and company. Windows installation was on time as promised. Very conscientious operator - clean and neat. I strongly recommendation for Dura Sash!

They did a great job. Workmanship is great, we're really happy with the windows they installed. I really appreciated how well they communicated with us (when windows were ordered, when the arrived, what time they would be at our home... etc.). They also did a great job fixing any problems we saw. Overall a great experience having Brad and his crew install our new windows.

Good honest folks to deal with.

A top notch contractor in every respect--quality, price, and workmanship. These people knew their business, were friendly as they worked, cleaned up after themselves every day, and thoroughly cleaned when the job was completed. Brad provided how to use instructions, and took care of all the contacts with the County. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Really friendly and really easy to work with.

The windows used by Durasash have all broken when they were opened for the first time. Brad responded once to a request for the problem to get fixed by coming to the house, but there has been no follow through and after 2 months, the windows are still broken. He hasn't responded to calls made to him after he said he would contact the window manufacturer. We gave up on his following up and called the window manufacturer ourselves. They didn't know who Brad was or Durasash and said they had never heard of or from him. the brand new broken window issue remains unresolved. Do not use Durasash- you will become angry and frustrated with them.

They arrived on time, windows were great, they cleaned up room and even stopped on their way out to lend a hand with a project I had started and needed a bit of help for a few minutes.
