Your home is probably the largest investment/purchase you will ever make. For all standalone homes I exceed industry standards, providing a “Buildfax” report to all my clients which will show the permit history of the property I am inspecting. Infrared technology is used on all comprehensive home / condo/ town inspections. Although slightly higher-priced than the competition, we are much more detailed in documenting deficiencies with code references, life expectancies, manufacturing specifications, and more in our reporting. This greatly enhances clients ability to get more credits / repairs on the closing table on real estate transactions, also for new construction and warranty inspections. Jeff was very professional, communicated and answered all our questions promptly. Jeff delivered a report within a few days which spelled out any non-compliances to specific codes. This inspection was done on the 1 year inspection after buying new house and provides me the information to have certain repairs done by builder. It also gives me comfort for the day that I need to possibly sell my house.

I have been working with Jeff for over a year now. I found him as he was the home inspector that came one day to my Sellers home inspection. The Buyer shared the report when asking for repairs to be made. I was impressed with all the details. My Seller was also impressed and used him on their next home purchase. He always has the reports back to you with wind mitigation , permits information , etc. when promised. He includes detailed pictures. No one ever has to chase down reports from him! I highly recommend him. My clients that I referred have all been very pleased.

I cannot imagine that there would be a better home inspector out there. There is a reason that he is top-rated. He's super thorough, communicates with clarity, and is very responsive. Add to that his many years of experience and thorough knowledge of the building code, and it's going to be tough to find someone who will compete. We had some complex back and forth with the seller, and his advice was very helpful - it went beyond the inspection report.

Jeff was very punctual with providing me a breakdown of the services and costs associated with what I was asking for. He and his team arrived on site early and began immediately. He provided a very thorough report and also took the time to explain his findings to me while on site. Compared to other inspectors that I received quotes from Jeff was the most expensive but you get what you pay for - an inspection on a potential new home is not the time to cut costs. I highly recommend Jeff for anyone's inspection needs.

Jeff was meticulously detailed and thorough with my inspection. He provided a very detailed report the following day. With follow up questions and advice I asked him he took time to answer in detail so I understood everything. I wouldn't use any other inspector in the S Fla if I needed one again. Jeff has done several (at least 4) home inspections for me. My father found him when I was purchasing a home 4 years ago. Here's been professional, he's an effective communicator, excellent workmanship, timely and his prices are very reasonable! Also, a family member recently purchased a home and I recommended Jeff and they were very impressed with him as well.
