Prior to installation, my water heater was old but compliant with local laws and passed inspection. After installation, it failed inspection, and Raider Rooter refused to address the issue. They claim I need an electrician to install a shut-off valve, citing a “new law,” but this requirement has existed since 2011—something any reputable plumber should know. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater.

They put in a drainfield and water line for me. The waterline has now leaked twice. I've been waiting for over 5 days now for someone to come fix it. I had to turn off the water to the house... so 5 days with no running water. Not something you want to deal with.

They were excellent. I am using them for years. The work is very good. They also do site plumbing. Very professional.

Technicians were professional, and provided an initial evaluation and temporary solution until new air conditioning unit was installed installation as both a/c and water heater were in the same enclosure. Very pleased with the Raider Rooter staff. with the workmanship and response to all my questions. Absolutely would refer them to friends and neighbors.

Our regular plumber could not get the drain unclogged, but they did.

They did pump out and cleaned the septic tank. I talked to Andrew yesterday evening and he called me in the morning and scheduled the pumping for morning 9am. The truck came on time. Very professional in service and pricing.

Hands down the best plumbing business around. They pretty much always send me Sebastian. Not only is he knowledgeable about plumbing but he's down to earth and never tries to sell me something I don't need. He quickly and efficiently fixes what's wrong and backs up all their work. Their prices are reasonable as well. You want a good plumber who won't rake you over the coals, then call these guys. They'll get the job done!

When you own a house, there is always maintenance that needs to be done., and finding a reputable company to do the job is stressful and difficult to find. I went to Angie's List, and found Raider Rooter to clean up my septic tank. I called late at night to leave a message for them to call me the next day. Surprisingly, there was a real person on the other end of the line whom set up my appointment. The job was completed and I couldn't have been happier. It was heartwarming to find a business that honored their promise for great service. The owner is a true gentleman. Thank you so much.

Well the guy came late, which wasn't his fault. Curtis the gentleman that stopped by to drain my tank was actually pretty upset since he was already scheduled in my area earlier in the morning, but he was not informed that I was also in the vicinity of where he was scheduled. He also wasn't able to drain the whole tank the same day since the tanker was pretty full. He was very apologetic and contacted his manager to explain he was unable to finish the job, that he would need to return the following day. Curtis also explained that he was only going to charge me for half of the amount that day and the following day he would charge me the remaining balance once the job was completed. Oh, but here is the kicker! The manager said, "no charge em' the whole amount today." Curtis however said no he wouldn't charge us the whole amount because it wasn't right and that I was also right in front of him listening to this conversation. So overall I have to say I love Curtis who is an honest hard working guy. He has integrity that you rarely see now a days, but I honestly wouldn't recommend Raider Rooter to my friends and family.

I'd give them an A because they were responsive and their team was terrific about responding. However, the person who came out to do the work could not find the septic system so he was using a hoe in the yard and actually ended up putting several holes in my irrigation system. After the fact, I realized that I had irrigation issues that were caused by him not being able to find the septic tank. Price was very fair.
