"I had an overall outstanding experience with Coast to Coast for a new ac system installation. I called and inquired about getting an estimate and someone was sent the same day. The Lead Project Manager (Hunter) was sent out to inspect my system and all aspects of the ac system including the duct work in the attic. Hunter spent about 2 hours reviewing everything and then was able to give me several options for replacing our ac system. Once I decided on which system to go with, the installation was scheduled within 2 days. On the day of installation, the 1st technician showed up at 7 AM to start prepping everything for the new system. Soon after this the 2nd technician arrived. These 2 technicians were Jensen and Jared. They were extremely well versed in what they do and they did a fantastic job on going above and beyond with the installation of our new ac system. They did not miss anything and they did not take any shortcuts. From the time they spent in the attic retaping duct work to the time they took cleaning and rebuilding the table top for the air handler to sit on. These guys were making sure that our investment in a new ac system would be an investment that we were happy with. These techs worked non stop with the installation and finished around 7 PM that night. Based on this exceptional experience with Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I will always recommend them to friends, family, and anyone that needs ac or heating repair. "Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

Installed a custom shower pan where our tub once was added new board and did all tile work as well as installing grab bars and a bench. He kept us informed with updates on the project as he went. They had every right to reschedule with us at the start of our project because my husband dropped the ball and didn't move his junk away from the sheds. They moved his junk and started the project. That's superior customer service as well as going above and beyond. They also completed my project in a very reasonable time frame. "Perfect refrigeration?s owner, Steve, has been servicing and fixing my AC for 2025. His pricing is incredibly good compared with his peers and the service has actually been much better. He nevsuggest anything that would cost more money than what is absolutely needed to fix the problem at hand. He is coming back in a couple of months to see about installing a mini split. I highly recommend Steve or anyone on his team, as simply the best choice that can be had in the Central Florida area."

"I called them out for a basic service call $49 just to prepare for winter. I?m a 72 year-old woman that lives in an 800 square-foot home. Two guys came to my house and basically told me my air-conditioning was a piece of junk that the whole thing needed to be repaired or I would be sorry when winner arrived. Well, I?ll tell you when I bought the house. I knew that the air conditioning and furnace would need to be repaired or replaced, but I?m not paying almost $20,000 for air conditioner and 800 square-foot home. I talked to another company after them and they quoted me a quote of five to $7000 for the same size unit. You tell me if they?re ripping people off."
