"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

Care n Comfort not only delivered the correct machines. Performed what I cal only say was in awesome installation but when it came time to pay them - the bill was LESS then he quoted ! Outstanding - I would call no one else"

"well, let me say first I was looking for just to maintain my current A/C unit which was super old. So I googled and saw and picked AC Guru, called and talked with joe (the man) and we talked for a while so he could put me in for schedule and put me in between other schedules he already had. rain, (one of his guys) came out and did everything he could, took everything apart and cleaned inside and out, but had to add Freon (expensive), he call up his guys for some answers and waited there until he knew that it was everything he could do. then after a day the house was crazy hot, my unit died. Called AC Guru and they sent Kramer (there other guy) came out and did a leak check and said it was the unit leaking and proved it. so after everything he could do. weather we were going to use him or not he was going to go back to the shop and for the mean time put in a window unit so at least an area would be cool until we get a new unit from whomever we chose. until then joe sent out Kramer the next day to put the new outdoor unit in until the new gas furnace was delivered. awesome company!! this was amazing, they went out and beyond what they needed to do and make us feel like humans. of course I decided to go with AC Guru. they came out put in the new furnace and outdoor unit in one day. all this was done within one week and they are super busy, but they worked around to get us cool and made sure we were good to go. there like family and they all treated us like family. of course I will only use this company for all my AC needs, so fair in price and took the old unit and cleaned up after themselves and there so professional... you guys are family... thank you AC GURU.... "I first heard of this company when I was at Home Depot buying my home appliances and a guy came insisting on a Black Friday Deal “AC Tune up for only $8.88” if I could just think about how **** of a trickster this was …Never allowing this people come back inside my property again, totally scammers who will make your AC system fail, I’ve had COOL MODE WORKING PERFECTLY and my AC was giving me problems to Heating the house …inspector Ricardo who came and despite looking a good friendly person, he never finished the job on my AC pump upstairs due to “the NEST thermostat was in and out of fan”, tried charging me $380 just to do the thermostat installation, I refused and I did it myself, then there a fuse blown and he again told me it would cost $170 to simply change a “$8 fuse”!!! I refused again and as it wasnt enough now after I fixed the Fuse and Thermostat, just to find out they cut cooling system purposefully in the attempt to charge me for REPAIR, the AC fan is running and Thermostat is on Cooling mode but temperatures are reaching from 77F-85F leaving my family including my poor old grandmother suffering in the hot temperatures this entire time… THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF NO MERCY!!! DONT EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS."
