Excellent service

Our AC went out in the heat of summer so I paid Local AC $75 for an inconclusive diagnosis and then another $75 to reconnect a burnt wire to get cold AC. A few days later the AC went out again. I called them back and they wanted to charge over $200 to replace a $30 part. I fired them and did it myself. I am convinced they paid for hiking reviews online because my experience disagrees with the reviews that convinced me to do business with them. I feel their practice is misleading at best, although through my experience with HVAC in my area (East Orlando, FL) most are this way. So do not be a sheep and beware of the wolves.

Timely response and the tech was concerned about my costs. He ultimately saved me hundreds of dollars by working on an optimum solution vice pushing the most expensive option.

Missed second appointment with contact, missed third, no contact.

Identified the issue quickly and resolved it. A/C working much better now!!

This company responded quickly and had an a/c tech here in record time. Orlando was so knowledgeable and had me back to cool A/C very quickly. He was such a pleasant young man!!!

They did come out on time within the 2 hours of first call. The guy did check the a/c and find the problem. I didnt like the pricing for the a/c fan for the outside unit. He advise that the unit looked old and would recomand tochange the whole outside unit. I had a lennox 2.5 unit and was told i would get the same unit for a price. I agreed to get the whole unit fix. The guy came the best day i was at work and replaces the unit with a cheap off brand 2.0 unit. He also charged by additonal for freon that was not discussed. I told him I know the unit type and the possible addition of cost. I would had not want to go with the company. he advised that he type to call me... which he never did and did the work with additional cost anyway. I am not happy with this company and felt like I was tricked.

Orlando was very efficient, helpful and stay until the problem was fixed. He explained all the process. Excellent customer service. Would hire them again.

7 months ago i hired local ac. I saw they had the lowest rates compared to their competitors and they did a great job. Excellent customer service. They are officially our family ac repair company.
