Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. I am at a loss to sufficiently express my appreciation to Kabran Air-Conditioning and Heating for the work accomplished.  My home was built in 1983 and the ductwork for central air had outlived its usefulness and was in rapid decline.  The Kabran team of Erik, Garett and Alek came in and tore out the old ductwork, fittings and registers and replaced them with new runs and hardware, which included an additional return line at the far end of the house.  I was impressed with how well they all worked together, each helping the other and professional in every aspect.  Additionally, the old A/C units both outside and inside were replaced with more efficient Carrier units, that provide just the right match for a stable system.  Post installation, Rob as a service technician did a follow-up call, inspected the active components, made a few adjustments and with a digital anemometer balanced every outlet for maximum efficiency.  As a Cool Club member you also receive (2) Tune-up inspections each year, priority service, and discounts on parts.  Mike Kabran can be proud of the organization he runs.  It just does not get any better than this!
