"They unclogged the toilet and fixed the leak under the other toilet. They said that’s what was what cause the water stains on the French quarters and to call if the problem continues. The water stains are all around the bathroom and could not be caused by what they said. The problem started before the leak from the base of the toilet. Other then the leak would not cause a stain across the room. Then they told me it was expensive but that’s because 2 people came for the job."

"Found Sunlight through Homeadvisor. Have old solar hot water system that needed old pipes replaced. I did not think system was salvageable, and was going to cost thousands for new system. Sunlight came out and repaired old hot water solar system, and reset pump from water heater to solar collector. Did not need to buy new system. Very reasonable and professional, they new what they were doing and I appreciate their honesty. Now looking to redo pool solar and possibly add solar panels in the future and will use then. "What great customer service! Had my water heater pipe burst last week in the middle of the night. The company that handles the water heater warranty had Benjamin Franklin get in touch with me the same day. It was getting late in the day and I was pretty sure no one was going to show up. Adam, the technician, called me around 5 and said he was on a call, then had to go back to his shop to pick up a water heater and would be at my house around 7. Showed up at 7 and working by himself had me up and running by 9:30 PM and then left for another call. He had been working since 6:30 AM. Adam really got me out of a bind and I can't say enough about the great customer service from Ben Franklin. Way above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Adam!"
