"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "This was a local move in Los Angeles, and overall the experience was solid. I?ll start with the good part ? the movers knew what they were doing. Furniture was wrapped properly, boxes were handled with care, and nothing arrived broken or scratched, which is the most important thing for me. There were a couple of small things that weren?t perfect. One box ended up in the wrong room at first, and I had to ask them to move it again. Also, the disassembly of the bed took a bit longer than I expected, which slowed things down slightly. Nothing major, just small delays. That said, once everything was unloaded, they took the time to make adjustments without complaining. They moved the couch twice so it fit better, tightened the bed frame after setup, and made sure the heavier items were placed safely. They were hours late, couldn?t find my easy-to-locate house, and only sent one mover. Then they tried to extort more money despite me overpaying in advance for extra space?and only backed off when I refused and they pressured me to leave positive reviews. They harassed me for days trying to force an earlier delivery after I clearly told them multiple times no one would be there. No inventory list was made, they rushed the drop-off, and tried to pressure me into signing paperwork saying everything was delivered when it wasn?t. A brand-new refrigerator ?accidentally went to Miami,? then they denied ever picking it up, then fought paying me for it until I refused to sign. Boxes and furniture are still missing, including irreplaceable items, and they stopped returning calls. They lied about being family-owned, lied throughout the proces"

"The 2 movers, Christopher and JP, were very professional, careful and efficient. They had to figure out the logistics to manipulate a large wardrobe upstairs, around the hallway and into the room where I wanted it moved. They did this very intelligently with no damages to the walls or wardrobe. Very courteous and caring, and were willing to work with me on the best way to complete the job.
