Disappointed with the Quality of Service I hired this cleaning company for biweekly service, hoping for thorough and consistent results. Unfortunately, after several visits, I noticed they were missing basic tasks?like dusting and cleaning glass on wall art, and completely overlooking larger items like my bar cart, which went untouched for four visits. The cleaning felt more like a superficial once-over than a deep, attentive job. After I stopped using their service and cleaned myself, I discovered several neglected areas. I could list many standard cleaning tasks that were ignored, but suffice it to say, I was very disappointed. I also question the abundance of 5-star reviews. I received a text offering a discount in exchange for a review, which makes me wonder how many of those ratings reflect honest feedback. To add to the frustration, communication was a major issue.
