"Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. Mike coordinated with his installation team (Matt and Billy) who arrived by 3:00pm and had the new system installed before 6:00pm the same day. All members of the Service Star team were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional."

"The process was great from the get go. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were quick to resolve the issues. The installers were very polite and professional and clean as well. "Tommy came out and did a full diagnostics check to make sure everything was working properly and explained what we needed to do if the problem happened again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for a good HVAC company. They are the company we had install our A/C so there was no cost for the check."
