He was one of the 3 tile installers we contacted and this is our experience: - He was puntual and 100% responsive to all my calls and text messages. - He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me answers to all my concerns. - His price was competitive ( not the chepeast not the most expensive). - His team is great. They are courteous and were careful with our stuff at our house. - Most important part is he knows what he’s doing and he makes sure to meet expectations set at the beginning of the job. He had a answer to every question we had and we were able to figure out every detail that came up during installation. - This is the first time I used them but I’m not hesitating recommending them among the neighbors. "Mike's quality of work is exceptional but what really sets Mike apart from other contractors I have worked with was his professionalism. Mike promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me with an estimate, and a time frame when he could perform the work. Mike followed up with me on the exact date that he said he would and we discussed a time to start the work. We decided on a 6:30 AM start and Mike showed up on time (6:25). Mike completed, what I would consider, a difficult job that involved removing the old floor to the sub floor and installing ceramic tile. The existing floors in my house were not even and each of the transitions was not even either. Mike did an excellent job of overcoming these obstacles quickly and making our floors look amazing. In addition to his quality and professionalism he is an amazing person who is motivating and great to talk to. Finding all of these qualities in one contractor is extremely rare and I would encourage everyone to seize the opportunity to hire Mike for your tile job."

They were very careful with keeping the dust to a minimum (you are going to get it regardless). They protected my drapes/blinds, light fixtures and furniture. The laminate and baseboards were beautiful when done and they even sent a housekeeper to clean again when everything was finished. I am VERY satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this company."
